250 g green beans, 12 fresh mushrooms, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 ripe tomatoes, 4 large lettuce leaves, 1 teaspoon chopped savory, 1 pinch tarragon, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions, 150 ml Gabriella's salad dressing
Boil the beans in salted water until soft, drain and rinse in cold water. Clean the mushrooms, place them in a bowl and cover them with lemon water. Cut the tomatoes into eighths, wash the lettuce leaves and drain well. Put Gabriella's salad dressing in a bowl and mix with the spices, onions and the pressed garlic clove. About 30 minutes before eating, mix the beans with the sauce and leave to stand at kitchen temperature. Cut the mushrooms into slices just before serving and fold them into the beans. Garnish the whole thing with tomatoes.
