1 iceberg lettuce, Frisee or other green salad
1 small radicchio
1 cooked and cooled chicken breast
50 g sultanas
50 g pine nuts
n.B. Gabriella's salad dressing
1. wash the lettuce and radicchio and cut them into strips about 1 cm wide
2. cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper and fry briefly.
3. place the lettuce, sultanas and pinoli in a bowl and mix well.
4. place the fried chicken breast strips on the salad
5. topping everything with Gabriella's salad dressing as desired.
